Return Policy

You have 15 calendar days from the date of delivery to return eligible items for a refund or store credit.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and undamaged
  • In their original packaging with all tags attached
  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Final Sale items such as clearance, undergarments, bodysuits, swimwear, or accessories (for hygiene reasons) are not eligible for return or refund.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email us at lunaaitechnologies@gmail.com within 15 days of receiving your order.
  2. Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason.
  3. Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions and a return shipping address.

*Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or was sent in error.*

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • If preferred, you may request store credit instead of a monetary refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or wrong item, please contact us at lunaaitechnologies@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery. We’ll make it right, at no cost to you.
