At LunaFires, your satisfaction is our top priority. If for any reason you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.
30-Day Return Policy
You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be in the same condition that you received it—unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
- Include the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, please contact us at lunaaitechnologies@gmail.com. We’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your item. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a damaged or defective product.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at lunaaitechnologies@gmail.com with photos and your order number. We will work to resolve the issue quickly, including sending a replacement or issuing a full refund.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

- Gift cards
- Items marked as final sale
